About Tate McTate:

Tate McTate is a Certified Instructor of the Wim Hof Method with 10+ years of corporate sales/management experience in digital marketing and telecom. In 2009, he experienced severe back and leg pain which led him to seek medical help. Despite various treatments, including medication, physical therapy, injections, and research trials, his condition worsened. Determined to heal naturally, he explored alternative therapies such as chiropractic work, massage therapy, acupuncture, and yoga. He also addressed his dietary and digestive issues, discovering a gut bacteria imbalance. The mental anguish of chronic pain affected every aspect of his life until a friend recommended the Wim Hof Method to reduce inflammation. After extensive research, he began practicing the method and experienced significant improvements in strength, happiness, and overall health. Inspired by his transformation, he created a website and wellness programs to share this knowledge and help others improve their lives.
