About Workout

The Recovery class is essential to our overall health and well-being. We recommend taking a recovery class 2-3 times a week as it allows your body to restore and repair muscle to avoid injury or overuse. Our Recovery class also allows the body and mind to slow down which is one of the most important factors to becoming the best version of you. During this class, our trainers will guide you through a meditative flow focusing on flexibility, breathwork and internal healing. You will leave this class feeling free, relaxed, inspired and connected to your body. Our trainers will give you the option to include recovery equipment.
