The Low Intensity class gives you all of the benefits of the BeYou Method while making the movement low impact. The purpose of this class is to put less stress on your muscles and joints while still giving you the ultimate burn. This class will incorporate functional movement, strengthening exercises and cardiovascular intervals inclusive to all levels. You will leave this class feeling strong, uplifted, energized and healthier from the inside-out! Our trainers will give you the option to include weights.
