ABOUT WORKOUT

The BeYou Method is our signature class providing an all-encompassing total body burn by combining elements of functional movement, high intensity internals, strength, boxing and flow. We call it our “method” for a reason as our programming combines a unique combination of movement patterns, heart-rate play, and anaerobic vs aerobic training allowing you to enjoy the internal benefits of movement. You will leave this class feeling happier, healthier, stronger and ready to take on any challenge headed your way! Our trainers will give you the option to include weights.
